FIND IT – transnational co-operation
Through an intense transnational co-operation named „FIND IT“, PeB together with its transnational partners „Adaptor“ in Mikkeli, Finnland and „PENTOS“in Sassari, Italy wants to make use of the European added value.
The common aim of the partners is to prevent exclusion of disadvantaged young people and to (re-) integrate in education systems and the labour market.
Objectives of the transnational co-operation FIND IT
- awareness of the different concepts and the influence of the different national frameworks
- exchange of information, experiences, methods and strategies as added value to the development of local concepts
- common development of suitable methods
- development of coaching and counselling concepts through European expert exchange
- common conclusions and recommendations for key subjects
- identification of successful instruments for integration of disadvantaged target groups in vocational training, that can be transferred to other systems
A continuous process-, context- and objective oriented evaluation of the transnational activities assures the monitoring and development of the co-operation. Experiences, results and recommendations of FIND IT will be documented in a guide book.
